Knitting High Lift Truck (manual | WH 15)
With this high lift truck model, pre-assembled warp beams weighing up to 1500 kg are picked up by the TM or TMD assembly truck using belts or pipe grabs and inserted into the knitting machines.
The high lift truck is moved manually to the warp knitting machine.
In the case of warp beams lying one above the other, warp beam insertion is carried out with the aid of slip-on grippers instead of belts.
Thanks to the innovative articulated arm system, the warp beam can be swiveled from the transport position to the insertion position even in cramped conditions. In this way, long ranges above the warp knitting machines are made possible.
The load movements are carried out sensitively by mains electro hydraulics.
The warp beam can be precisely positioned via a side shift.
Proven Genkinger technology for direct transport routes
- Direct transport from the warehouse or the outer plant to the warp knitting machine, without intermediate handling of the warp beams
- Articulated arm system for large action area during warp beam insertion
- Variable working with belts or gripper technology
- Highly flexible thanks to narrow transport position
