Motor-Driven Warp Beam Lift Truck EE-KHUR 30 GEV

With tube grippers for inserting drawn-in full warp beams in weaving machines.
With central carrying arm (M) for drawn-in twin warp beams.

Very agile QSC vehicle with a loading capacity of 3000 kg which is operated by one person and which is hardly longer than the warp beam. It permits turning on the spot and can therefore be easily handled in narrow aisles.
The vehicle can be easily steered, since it is equipped with an electronic power steering as standard feature.
The harness is accommodated either by the "Stäubli-UNIPORT" method (not included in our scope of supply) or by the standard take-up for the harness frames and the contact rails and dividing rails or the complete warp stop motion.
Since the “legs” of truck do not have to go round the weaving machine, it is suitable for different weaving machine types.
The automatic motion sequence of the supporting rollers during the lowering procedure and the side-shift facitliy of the warp beam make it easier to position the warp beam in the warp beam bearing.
Height-adjustable tube grippers are very helpful for warp beams with bearing by beam drive adapters in order to meet exactly the center of the warp beam with the axle.
The patented central carrying arm (M) can be easily removed. Thus, the vehicle can be used for full and half warp beams.
The vehicle can be operated with a battery change system for applications without sufficient charging time.
